Money is grouped the way you read it at home. For Taka and Rupee the tool uses the lakh–crore system (for example ৳1,00,000.00), while Dollar, Euro and Pound use the western grouping (100,000.00). Turn on Bangla digits and every figure — totals, quantities, the invoice number and the date — switches to ০১২৩৪৫৬৭৮৯, with proper Bangla month names like জুলাই and আগস্ট.

Tax, VAT and Discount the Right Way

Add a discount and a tax or VAT line as either a percentage or a flat amount, and rename the tax line to whatever you use (VAT, Tax, ভ্যাট, GST). The subtotal, discount, tax and grand total recalculate the moment you change a quantity or price, so the numbers on the printed invoice are always correct.

Print to PDF or Save as an Image

When the invoice looks right, click Print / Save PDF. The print view automatically hides the editor, the menus and the dark background, leaving only the clean white invoice — choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog to keep a copy. Prefer a picture? How to Use It, Step by Step

• Choose the document type, language and currency, then enter the invoice number and date (today is filled in for you).
• Upload your logo, then type your business details in “From” and the customer details in “Bill To”. You can write both languages on separate lines.
• Add each product or service with its quantity and price. Use “Add Item” for more rows and the × button to remove one.
• Set discount and tax if needed, add your bKash / Nagad / bank details, notes and terms, then print or save.
