Questions about the Atom XML generator
Are comments included?
No. This version exports posts and static pages. For a full backup with comments, use Blogger's own option under Settings, Manage blog, Back up content.
Why is my post text cut short?
Your blog feed is set to short. In Blogger go to Settings, then Site feed, choose Full, save, and run the generator again.
Are drafts and private blogs supported?
No. Only published posts of a public blog appear in the feed, so drafts and private blogs cannot be read.
Is my content uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser reads the public feed of your blog and builds the file locally. Nothing is sent to a server of ours.
